Our mission is to provide exceptional patient-centered care to the local community using evidence-based practice to enhance patient strength, function, and independence.

Yannatos Physical Therapy is a small, family owned and operated outpatient physical therapy center. As locals, we strive to serve the Cape Cod community and aim to provide an energetic and positive environment for patients to recover and regain independence. Treatment programs will begin with a comprehensive evaluation which allows each patient to receive an individualized and evidence-based plan of care. Our highly skilled Physical Therapists will develop goal-specific treatment programs to maximize the strength, endurance, and mobility required for patients to return to their prior level of function and improve their quality of life as quickly and safely as possible.

At Yannatos Physical Therapy, our main focus is to help our patients achieve their functional goals and decrease pain levels while increasing their confidence and putting a smile on their face. Our company is committed to providing excellent physical therapy care and superior customer service in our daily operations while positively affecting the lives of our patients and their families.  We are also committed to holding ourselves to a higher standard and value continuing education in Orthopedic Manual Therapy as well as training, educating and mentoring Physical Therapy students.

Christina attended Boston University for undergraduate and graduate school where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Christina is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). She also completed Level 1 of the Orthopedic Manual Therapy program at The Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in Woburn with Martin Langaas. Through these programs she learned advanced manual therapy skills and worked with many different and complex orthopedic diagnoses. Christina is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).

Christina Yannatos was born and raised on Cape Cod. She grew up as a competitive gymnast beginning at a young age and competing through college. Her gymnastics career was interrupted by injuries, having ACL reconstruction surgery in 2009 and ankle reconstruction surgery in 2010. It was through her rehab that she found her love for physical therapy.

Now that she has moved back to Cape Cod, Christina has found her love for sailing, and, as a former gymnast, she has also discovered her interest in CrossFit. Her personal experience, education and training give her a unique insight into the special rehabilitative needs of athletes at all levels. Her other specialties include injury prevention and wellness, orthopedic manual therapy, sports rehabilitation and training, post-operative care, TMD and the spine.
