Christina Yannatos

Christina Yannatos PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Owner and Clinic Director

Christina attended Boston University for undergraduate and graduate school where she earned a Bachelors degree in Health Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Christina is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). She also completed Level 1 of the Orthopedic Manual Therapy program at The Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in Woburn with Martin Langaas. Through these programs, she learned advanced manual therapy skills and worked with many different and complex orthopedic diagnoses. Christina is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).

Christina Yannatos was born and raised on Cape Cod. She grew up as a competitive gymnast beginning at a young age and competing through college. Her gymnastics career was interrupted by injuries, having ACL reconstruction surgery in 2009 and ankle reconstruction
surgery in 2010. It was through her rehab that she found her love for physical therapy. Now that she has moved back to Cape Cod, Christina has found her love for sailing, and, as a former gymnast, she has also discovered her interest in CrossFit. Her personal experience, education, and training give her a unique insight into the special rehabilitative needs of athletes at all levels. Her other specialties include injury prevention and wellness, orthopedic manual therapy, sports rehabilitation and training, post-operative care, TMD, and the spine.
